The Bluesy Oregonian’s newest release Beasts of Seasons is divided into two parts – “Communion Songs” and “Funeral Songs” – each with its own distinct presence. With an original folk/acoustic/blues/jazz sound and a childlike curiosity in her exploration of the world surrounding her, Gibson stands out from the masses of indie-folk offerings. Orestes

Sarah Dougher

She’s somewhat of a real life superhero – an activist, an inspiring mentor to female youth, a college professor, and a seasoned recording artist. Originally composed for a production of “Orestes” by the Classical Greek Theater of Oregon in Summer 2006, Dougher’s latest release Orestes is her first work for theater. Click here to get Orestes.
