Martina Wins Wimbledon Title

Cancer can’t stop Martina Navratilova, who — with her doubles partner Jana Novotna — won the Wimbledon ladies’ invitation doubles title this Sunday. They won in straight sets, 7-5, 6-0, and Navratilova claims to have felt good throughout the tournament, minus some shoulder stiffness as a result of her radiation treatment — which she finished a mere two weeks ago. Simply put: Martina is amazing.
