Kentuckiana Pride Festival

On June 19th and 20th Louisville, Kentucky will be hosting the Kentuckiana Pride Festival (KPF), headlined by the Indigo Girls.

KPF is a voluntary, not-for-profit organization which strives to: produce an annual festival focused on the gay, lesbian, bi-sexual, and transgendered (GLBT) community in the Kentuckiana area; provide a forum for creative expression for all members of the community; promote and encourage the understanding that the GLBT community plays an important role in Kentuckiana’s social, cultural and economic landscape; and give back to the community through charitable donations and in-kind services.

Highlights of the festival will include the Friends of Pride Reception on the 18th, the Pride Parade on the 19th, and the Pride Festival on the 19th and 20th. The Indigo Girls concert will take place at 10pm on the 20th.

Other entertainment will include performances by Tiffany and God-des and She.
